Today, a Rosary Rally was held at the State Street corner of the capital, in reparation for 40 years of Roe vs Wade. Overall, there was about 95 people there! It was nice, but cold!
Not surprisingly, some of the protesters got themselves arrested by fighting with the capital police. Surprise, surprise.
I have some pictures from Syte Reitz and Elizabeth Durack:

A rather dramatic shot of Fr. Sasse, the capital, Will Goodman and Jen with Our Lady of Guadalupe, and the Vatican flag, and others

One of the protesters made a ruckus, fought with the police, and eventually got cuffed. Tolerant (ha!) Madison liberals strike again.
I have to compliment the capital police for doing quite a good job of keeping things relatively calm with the protesters, at this rally, and at the others. I do not envy them at all for their jobs in our crazy city.

Nice!
